Maintenance Supervisor - Light Vehicle and Ancillary

An opprtunity exists for an experienced and driven Maintenance Supervisor to lead the performance, safety, and reliability of our diverse fleet, including light vehicles, buses and ancillary equipment across the Genesis group in this newly created role.

This permanent role operates out of our Gwalia operation in Leonora, on an 8 days on / 6 days off roster, with flexible FIFO, DIDO or Residential options.

In this key leadership position, you will:

• Lead the maintenance strategy, performance KPIs, and cost management for the light vehicle and ancillary fleet
• Drive maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution excellence
• Identify and implement optimisation initiatives focused on safety, cost efficiencies, reliability and quality
• Provide leadership, coaching and technical guidance to your maintenance teams
• Ensure assets are maintained to OEM standards and GMS requirements
• Champion a strong safety culture, risk management practices, and disciplined critical control execution

Your experience

• Significant demonstrated experience in open pit mining
• Extensive knowledge in Light Vehicle & Mobile Equipment Maintenance with sound leadership capabilities at the supervisor level
• A strong background and technical understanding of a range of light vehicle and ancillary mining equipment
• A positive and sound attitude in maintaining safety across Maintenance teams
• National accredited trade base (mechanical or electrical)
